Seeking Dental Treatment Coordinator in San Francisco, CA (94123) - Marina District / Pacific Heights

We seek an experienced Dental TREATMENT / PATIENT COORDINATOR interested in joining our fantastic team. If you are interested in gaining career knowledge of the dental industry, this may be for you while working in a family-oriented office, located in San Francisco (Marina District / Pacific Heights) .

Schedule : Full-Time

  • Tuesday : 7 AM - 4 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday : 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Friday : 7 AM - 4 PM
  • Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM

Compensation :

  • Determined on experience, $33-40 per hour

    • The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer service professional who exhibits a high level of initiative and drive . They should be comfortable multitasking , possess excellent communication skills , and contribute a helpful and positive attitude to our work environment. A strong work ethic and high regard for patient confidentiality are a must. We are looking for a dedicated , long-term , reliable employee who will bring a mature personality to our practice while working within our current systems and protocols to increase new patient flow.

    Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include :

  • Supporting the office with patient care consultations during visits and educating patients on optimal treatment
  • Calculating fees for treatment and securing a financial commitment from the patient
  • Offer patient alternate means of payment, such as third party financing, as applicable
  • Greeting and welcoming patients
  • Educating patients on the health risks of not receiving proper treatment
  • Perform general office duties and other duties as required

    • Qualifications :

  • 3 years of previous Treatment Coordinator experience
  • College educated
  • Previous experience with PPO plans as well as large treatment plan presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Self-motivated, ORGANIZED, ambitious sales attitude
