Job descriptionAssist in the formulation of budgets and business plans for each upcoming calendar year Maintain budgeted physical and economic occupancy throughout the year Ensure all rents are collected when due and posted promptly Constant vendor / contractor communications concerning work scheduling and billing Approve and oversee the timely submission of all property invoices Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff to achieve the operational goals of your property Conduct ongoing training with staff and regular staff meetings Maintain a positive customer service attitude and provide top-notch customer service to all residents, prospects, and vendors Attend resident retention activities Monitor all maintenance activities Physically walk and inspect the property on a regular basis 401(k) Dental Insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and have 5+ years of multifamily experience as a Property Manager.
This position will have a competitive salary and quarterly NOI bonus potential!
