Dry Force is currently hiring for our in-house Dispatch Team ! We are seeking driven, service-minded professionals with emergency-services experience to contribute to a fast-growing and highly respected company.

As a Dispatch Specialist, you will work directly with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You'll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team that values professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in our corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during often stressful situations for our clients.
