Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent equipment failure
• Locating and diagnosing problems, assessing extent of repairs and describing options and associated costs to the customer
• Repairs of complete systems to include Residential Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Air Cleaners, Assest Installation when needed, ETC.....
• Provide interface with warranty companies, as needed
• Prepare or coordinate sales quotes for replacements and coordinate installation scheduling
• Complete all required documentation on services and explain guarantees / warranties.
