Introduction

B3 is a 20-bed medical-surgical unit that specializes in patients with barriers to discharge. B3 is led by Nursing Support and Clinical Operations leadership. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care to our patients and work closely with case management to ensure that they have the safest possible plan for discharge. This is a fast-paced unit with patients who have discharge orders but have barriers that must be overcome for safe discharge planning. Organization, prioritization, and excellent time management skills are a must for a successful candidate. We value teamwork and promote a supportive environment.
