Job descriptionPalo Alto – Firewalls, Remote Access Experience with the following is a plus : Infoblox - DNS, DHCP, IPAM F5 - Traffic Management, Web Application Firewall SolarWinds - Monitoring Azure - Cloud Networking Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an enterprise environment with proven expertise. Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting and troubleshooting telecommunications applications and other support applications in a customer service–oriented environment. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership in both written and verbal formats. Must be available for on-call work as needed. Experience offering leadership in a team-oriented, collaborative setting. Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods. Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, devices, and peripherals. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting company-wide culture and customer service standards at all times. Deploy, configure, manage, and optimize data and voice networking infrastructure to support business services and applications. Consult with other engineers to identify current operating procedures and clarify design and implementation objectives. Formulate plans using industry standard techniques to outline tasks required to deliver committed user stories. Address and resolve network performance and availability issues in a cost-effective and timely fashion. Participate with other members of a product team to operate, optimize, and support networks in a production environment.

Cisco – Routing / Switching, Data Center Networking
Aruba - Wireless, Authentication Services
