Blackwater Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Project Scheduler to join our team. This role supports scheduling efforts for electrical, communications, fire alarm, and security projects across commercial, government, and industrial sectors.

What You'll Do :

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Collaborate with project teams to define timelines, sequencing, and resource allocation
• Perform critical path analysis and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Identify potential delays and recommend recovery strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders
• Assist in manpower forecasting and support Procore-based look-ahead planning
