Billing Specialist

Job Opportunity

Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. On a day-to-day basis, this person will :

• resolve open tasks through internal and external communication
• inform appropriate parties about issues so they can be addressed properly and quickly
• perform data entry for customer freight bills
• understand necessary internal technologies
• engage in internal departmental communication to address order problems
• secure necessary documentation from transportation providers for customer billing
