Angel Kids Pediatrics, an innovative and rapidly-growing pediatric practice in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking full-time pediatric physicians to join our dynamic team. With 10 locations, 22 pediatricians, and 10 mid-level providers, we are leaders in population health and value-based care, with behavioral health fully integrated into our primary care pediatric practice. Our commitment to quality care has been recognized and honored by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a TCPI Exemplary Practice, highlighting our high performance in key areas such as Person and Family Engagement, Population Health Management, Improved Chronic Illness, and Reduction in Unnecessary Emergency Department Use. We are currently seeking an outpatient provider for ambulatory care, and we are looking for professionals who are passionate about comprehensive and compassionate pediatric care. Ideal candidates should be value-driven and committed to providing outstanding service. We are seeking Pediatricians who want to be part of the legacy of Angel Kids Pediatrics as a pioneer practice leading the new landscape changes in pediatric care, both locally and on a national level. We offer a competitive salary, incentives for productivity and quality targets, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid malpractice insurance, a CME allowance, and paid time off. Providers will share in after-hours call (1 : 6) and weekend clinic (1 : 6). Additionally, we have a

• medical LOAN REPAY program that can pay up to $70,000 per year for qualified providers who have medical education loans and work in some of our clinics.
• We also have a very rich productivity model for our providers that is considered to be one of the richest in the industry compared to all other practices nationwide.
• Qualifications :
• Board Certified / Eligible in General Pediatrics (Required)
• Current State of Florida Medical License OR ability to attain one before the start date (Required)
• Second language proficiency (Desirable)
