As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property. • Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed, and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods
• Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing and removing weeds
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order, and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
• Assist with driving, loading, and unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies More about you
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair required
• Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical requirements
• Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking 100% of the time
