We are seeking a Civil Division Leader to support our team at Tarkett Sports Construction Central, a trusted partner in design-build and sports construction. They support big ideas from start to finish, delivering on concept, construction, and ongoing care for track, field, and courts. The Civil Division Leader will be working from Lee's Summit, MO, reporting to the VP of Operations. The Civil Division Leader is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and managing the civil division within the company. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and leadership to drive the division's performance and achieve organizational goals. The Civil Division Leader will work closely with senior management to align division objectives with company strategy, optimize operations, and ensure the division's success.

What You'll Do :

• Foster collaboration across all divisions to uphold company culture and core values.
