Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,256 per week in Glendale, AZ

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours Experience : Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience required License : Active state license required Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) required Must-Have : Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. No license hits will be accepted. All required certifications must be active upon submission and included in the submission. Description : Candidates must have 24 months of current ICU experience. All certifications must be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. No background or license hits will be tolerated. Weekend schedules will be determined by the facility. Flu vaccination is required; declinations can be requested. Compliance requirements must be adhered to. Travel experience is preferred. All candidates must provide a complete submission including their vaccination status. All travelers open to working in various departments and locations should indicate their preferences in the submission. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays and must not exceed seven days. All candidates must provide a resume detailing their experience and qualifications. Skills checklist specific to the discipline must be included and should not be older than one year. Driver's license should be submitted along with the application.
