BOH Leader – Chef-Driven Scratch Kitchen

Ann Arbor, MI] | $55K–$60K

Inspired by the owner’s Miami roots and fueled by locally sourced products, this chef-driven concept is looking for a hands-on BOH leader who’s passionate about food, service, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For in an AGM / KM

A humble, team-first leader willing to leave titles at the door

Passion for chef-inspired, scratch-made cooking

Strong BOH leadership with flexibility to support FOH when needed

Ability to work side-by-side with the culinary team to ensure consistency, creativity, and quality

Requirements for an AGM / KM

2–4 years of BOH leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)

Valid driver’s license

Basic Spanish preferred for kitchen communication

Flexibility to work one day per week at a sister location

BOH focus, but the ability to work FOH as needed
