Job Title Real Estate Attorney – Middle Tennessee

A team oriented, personable individual with a desire to grow with a national title company handling residential and commercial real estate.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in settlements services and conducting real estate closings.
• Knowledgeable about clearing title preparing closing documents, balancing and disbursing funds, shipping, recording and post-closing; lenders and owners policy requirements.
• Draft real estate related documents through proven experience.
• A notary public with closing experience and good communication skills
