THIS ROLE :

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Darby at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital.

THE FACILITY :

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital

CASES INCLUDE :

Cardiac (not required), General Surgery, ENT, GI, Orthopedic, GYN, Podiatry, Plastics, IR, Urology

We Offer :

Care Team Model, 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 ratios, great culture for CRNAs clinically

Base Salary $228K+

Incentives, Stipends & $65K Sign on Bonus, OT & extra shift shift pay - extra holiday compensation and more.

Generous PTO : 7 weeks

Full Time, W2

Flexible Scheduling - No nights, weekends or call. Monday through Friday, with 8-10 hour shifts

or a combination thereof.
