    • Responsibilities
    • Program
    • 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
    • to produce precision parts.
    • Fixture and tool design.
    • Create and define the manufacturing process.
    • Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, and tool lists / setup sheets.
    • Lead and / or assist set-up personnel with complex prototypes and production parts.
    • Provide cycle time feedback and assist in quotations.
    • Requirements
    • 5 years of experience in CNC programming using the latest versions of Mastercam is required (additional experience with Esprit Edge is a plus).
    • 5 years of experience in CAD software (Solidworks preferred).
    • 5 years of experience in CNC machining complex, tight-tolerance parts.
    • Excellent blueprint reading skills & thorough understanding of GD&T.
    • Experience cutting aluminum, alloy steels, Stainless Steels, Titanium, and Ni Alloys.
    • Experience with metrology tools.
    • Experience G-code programming at the machine control.
    • Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls is a plus.
    • Good communication skills, math skills, and attention to detail.
    • Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible.

      Pay : $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
