Job Description :

Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF Market targeting the RF Front End portion of the Ultra Mobile Devices. Develop innovative multi-mode single-band and multi-band multi-mode Front End Modules (FEMs) for standards such as W-CDMA, HSDPA / HSUPA, LTE, LTE-Advanced, and NR 5G to shape next-generation product family. You will be part of a winning project team designing highly integrated modules that are matched to 50 Ohms utilizing a mixture of lumped and distributed element matching. You will be an integral part of the design team responsible for hardware bring up and optimization. Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Supporting module debug, characterization and performance optimization

Analyzing test results and aid in the troubleshooting of RF components

Working on characterization of RF components and sub-systems, including but not limited to power amplifiers, high isolation RF switches, and RF filters for mobile industry standards such as LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR & WiFi

Documenting RF test station diagrams and software interface

Generating analysis reports based on characterization data collected

Leading RF test station bring-up and software development for the automation of the RF measurements

Providing presentations and training on RF test station

Designing of experiments (DoE) to optimize RF front end module performance

Correlating and validating on newly developed RF test systems

Collaborate in correlation studies between component level and system level performance

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF / Microwave Technology and 3+ years related work experience.

Proficient in use of DC / Transient equipment

Extensive experience with Envelope Tracking systems and test

Proficient in use of RF test equipment used in RF characterization with emphasis on signal generations and analysis solutions from Rohde & Schwarz, Keysight, and NI.

Knowledge of RF Front End module design and architecture

Knowledge of 5G NR standards is a plus

Knowledge of advanced WiFi standards is a plus

Knowledge of Excel, MATLAB, Python and other programming languages

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, team environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently, and create and meet schedules

Strong Communication Skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $162,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
