Respond to all email and phone leads immediatelyQualify the leads based on needsProvide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales AgentProvide information and marketing material to prospectsRespond to the sales line and voicemail for leadsWork with the prospect to determine the best community and floor planUtilize lead-management softwareCreate and deliver ongoing email campaignsTrack and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratiosMaintain website contentMonitor third-party websites and online advertisingContinually research the competition and their online activitiesAdditional responsibilities as neededJob Qualifications :
