Career Advisor

Onsite in Aberdeen, NC

Pay : $21.15 / hr. + Benefits | Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Adecco is hiring a Career Advisor to support a leading provider of employer services. This role focuses on helping individuals overcome employment barriers and connect with meaningful job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build one-on-one relationships with clients to assess needs and coordinate support
• Facilitate professional development workshops and new customer orientations
• Provide case management, track progress, and ensure contract goals are met
• Collaborate with schools, account managers, and leadership to maintain documentation and drive outcomes
• Refer clients to community resources and social services as needed
• Manage job preparation programs and ensure high-quality, business-driven curriculum
• Support intake services, compliance standards, and operational coverage

Pay Details : $21.15 per hour
