Volt is immediately hiring for a skilled Packaging Technician in San Marcos, CA.

As a skilled Packaging Technician you will :

• Perform kitting, liquid and powder filling, labeling, and lyophilization processes.
• Set up and operate automated filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and operate manual portable filling equipment for liquid and powder products.
• Execute daily production tasks according to the established schedule.
• Accurately complete and verify batch records and related documentation.
• Read, follow, and sign off on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Ensure all processes comply with GMP, QSR, and company quality standards.
• Accurately count, label, and return all materials per inventory control procedures.
• Wash, assemble, and autoclave parts, tubing, and components for filling applications.
• Clean and maintain Controlled Environment Rooms (CERs), dry rooms, and production equipment.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all tools, equipment, and work areas after project completion.
• Assist in the lyophilization (freeze-drying) process according to company procedures.
• Support training of new personnel and ensure proper adherence to operational standards.

This is a full time opportunity.

Pay Rate : $24.00-26.00 / hr
