We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Builder to support our firearms manufacturing operations. This role focuses on assembling components on a production line while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in building consistent, high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Assemble firearm components on a production or assembly line according to established processes
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols
Perform visual and basic functional inspections to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain an organized and clean workstation
Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
Identify and report defects, issues, or equipment concerns to supervisors
Work collaboratively with team members to support overall production flow
Assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
Comfortable working in a repetitive, process-driven environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs
Must be able to pass all required background and compliance checks
Experience in firearms, aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing
Familiarity with hand tools and assembly fixtures
Quality control or inspection experience
Lean manufacturing or production line experience
