The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role focuses on administrative support, order processing, customer service, and maintaining accurate sales data to help the sales team achieve revenue goals. This role is fully onsite in Columbia MD Salary : $60-65k / yr

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare and process sales quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Manage and maintain CRM data (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Track and report on key sales metrics and forecast updates.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of contracts, client communications, and documentation.
