Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and user experience strategy for all company-owned websites

Manage a team of UI / UX and web designers to deliver a unified digital experience

Oversee UX research, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing to improve conversion paths

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

12+ years of experience in web design, UX / UI, or digital experience leadership roles

Proven success leading UX and design teams within brand-driven, performance-focused organizations

A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX thinking and digital brand storytelling execution

Deep understanding of UX methodologies, design systems, and digital accessibility requirements

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements related to digital experiences
