Principal Site Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction of the team while contributing to the design and implementation of self-service tools for developers

Guide and mentor senior engineers, optimizing CI / CD pipelines and automating manual tasks

Build and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, focusing on developer usability and maintaining container orchestration tools

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes, including related tools and services

Experience with CI / CD concepts and developing associated pipelines

Proficient in high-level scripting languages, such as shell scripting, Python, or JavaScript
