This position is a full-time, on-site role in Augusta, GA.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Build and maintain detailed tech packs, ensuring timely and accurate communication to vendors.
- Execute and update assortment edits in coordination with Merchandising and Product Management.
- Manage day-to-day vendor communications; escalate issues as needed.
- Negotiate costing and MOQ targets; provide recommendations for efficiency or cost savings.
- Develop color, fabric, and print stories under the guidance of the Manager.
- Maintain the fabric and trim library and ensure seasonal updates.
- Approve PP and TOP samples in collaboration with the Manager.
- Track milestones against the development calendar and escalate risks proactively.
- Support innovation and trend research to inform product direction.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and alignment across categories.
- Partner cross-functionally to support Creative, Production, and Merchandising teams.
- Review sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Technical knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment constructionExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsCollaborative, solutions-oriented, and able to execute multiple prioritiesProven international sourcing experience and market awarenessComputer skills to include Microsoft Office programs, as well as back-office inventory control softwareDemonstrated proficiency with ADOBE Creative Suite, including Illustrator and PhotoshopSelf-motivated and able to take the lead on projects while anticipating the needs of the teamAbility to translate relevant consumer trends into Masters merchandise that will resonate to our patronsKnowledge of textiles and materials and the properties associated with the use and careRelative Experience / Education :
Two (2) to four (4) years of product development experience, preferably in apparel or accessoriesBachelor’s degree in Product Development, Design or related fieldRequired License(s) :
Possess a valid driver’s license and / or successfully completes the Club’s internal motor vehicle training programProjected Work Schedule :
Normal work hours are 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
