The role of Auto Customer Service Representative Serve as the liaison between the client and the auditing team.

Within the auto auditing department the customer service representative will be the first notice of contact with document retrieval, claim building, and communications.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to :

• ( Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential functions.) Provides thorough claim documentation for each auto claim.
• Assists auto auditors, management, and administrative team with numerous tasks including data entry, claim pulls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, etc.
