Our client is seeking a skilled receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees. This role plays a critical role in delivering a concierge level experience.
Required
- 3+ years as a receptionist or in a front – office administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients, visitors, vendors, and other professionals;Coordinate visitor registrationValidate parking;Manage access cards;Handle multi line phone system;Scheduling conference rooms;Assist in supporting local office events and assist in clerical tasks;Prepare and submit office invoices for Director approval;Providing backup support to other office staff;Draft internal communications;Maintain internal contacts lists;Assist Office Services manager and Director of Administration.Essential Skills
Exceptional and Interpersonal skills;Professional demeanor;Ability to work overtime;Comfortable working with minimal supervision.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, construction, and development (law firm experience preferred; in-house experience considered).Notary Public license required.Compensation & Benefits
