Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location : Remote Type : Full-time Our client is a fast-growing, customer-obsessed brand on a mission to turn every click into a customer and every customer into a loyal fan. Our DTC subscription model is thriving, and we're now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our email and SMS channels, driving retention, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing programs, focused on acquisition, cross-sell, churn prevention, referral, and winback.
- Collaborate with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to manage the campaign calendaraligned with cultural moments, seasonal themes, promos, and product launches.
- Create clear, strategic briefs for copywriting and design teams to deliver engaging lifecycle content.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, etc.) and deliver weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Lead A / B testing and ongoing optimizationtesting send times, frequencies, copy, creative, CTAs, segmentation, and more.
- Refine customer segmentation and journey mapping to tailor messaging for key audience groups.
- Develop and execute list growth strategies for both email and SMS, leveraging high-impact acquisition tactics.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deployments, with strong attention to compliance, segmentation, and user experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and emerging strategies in lifecycle marketing.
