Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst supports the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts to drive informed business decisions. This position plays a key role in financial planning and reporting processes, partnering with business units to analyze performance, prepare reports, and develop actionable insights that contribute to achieving strategic and financial goals. The Financial Analyst works closely with the Senior Financial Analyst and the broader FP&A team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in all financial analyses.

Work Environment : This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.

Compensation : The salary range for this position varies by location :

• Charlotte, Miami, San Antonio : $66,017 - $69,900
• Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Fresno : $69,780 - $73,885
• Houston, Johnston, Minneapolis : $70,969 - $75,144
• Chicago, Denver, Philadelphia, San Diego : $74,203 - $78,568
• Boston, Los Angeles : $77,240 - $81,784
• New York City, San Francisco : $82,390 - $87,236

This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.
