We have an outstanding opportunity for a qualified and dependable housekeeper. This is a multi-site position that will travel between several apartment communities located around North Royalton, Ohio.

A wide range of job duties make this an exciting position that is critical to the success of our business :

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
• Vacuum and dust
• Wash walls, windows, door panels
• Sweep, wax, and polish floors
• Clean vacant suites
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e. : trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
• Performs other duties as assigned.
