In the role of Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis, the employee will be responsible for the following :

• Assist in building a best-in-class FP&A and Reporting function by developing, standardizing, and driving continuous improvement of all financial tools and planning processes.
• Develop deep understanding of the underlying operations and drivers of firmwide expenses and performance.
• Deliver financial insight and recommendations to our executive leadership for strategic and operational planning decisions.
• Assist in spearheading the annual firmwide budgeting process, serving as a key partner to senior management and business leadership.
• Collaborate with the team regarding system enhancements, and maintenance of Adaptive Insights / Workday, BAM's budgeting & forecasting tool.
• Support Management Accounting team in the rebuilding / enhancing of month-end processes.
• Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of management reporting results, monthly forecasts, and quarterly updates for senior leadership.
• Collaborate internally with other cross-functional teams to strategize, troubleshoot issues, and support any needs they may have.
