We are seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our dynamic team near Brownsville, TX. This locum tenens opportunity offers an excellent chance to work in a high-volume emergency department with comprehensive support.

42,000 patient visits.

36 hours per day.

12-hour shifts.

36 hours per day.

Meditech P-doc EMR with M-Modal Dictation for efficient and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency medical care to a diverse patient population.

Work 12-hour shifts to ensure 24 / 7 coverage.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including APPs, to deliver comprehensive emergency care.

Coordinate patient admissions with hospitalists and other specialists as needed.

Utilize the Meditech EMR system for patient records and M-Modal for dictation.

Qualifications

Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).

Must hold an active medical license in Texas or have the ability to obtain one.

Previous experience in a high-volume emergency department is preferred.

ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
