LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company. A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This is a newly created role designed to support the VP of Finance with increased workload and future leadership needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing into a management position. Senior Accountant Hybrid (Bala Cynwyd, PA) Salary : $90,000$100,000 Schedule : Hybrid (1 day remote per week) Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Code and process cash payments from a dedicated bank account, allocating to specific project codes
• Prepare and recode financial statements
• Manage monthly reconciliations and booking of accruals
• Assist with financial planning and reporting
• Collaborate with separate AR and AP teams
• Support the VP of Finance with reporting and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to audit preparation and compliance
• Work closely with assigned project teams ("vessels") to ensure accurate financial tracking
