Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly.

Ensure consistency of design guidelines and standards across multiple platforms.

Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback to maintain design quality and consistency.

Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Analyze user data and feedback to optimize interfaces and improve user experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI / UX design and development with a strong portfolio of web interfaces.

Proficiency in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS.

Strong experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Experience with Agile / Scrum development processes is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

Healthcare domain experience is required.

Candidates must reside within California.
