Therapist Supervisor
Position : Full-Time
Location : Kingman, Arizona
Salary : $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
We’re looking for a Therapist Supervisor to provide clinical direction and mentorship to a team of behavioral health professionals. In this role, you’ll ensure consistent, quality care while guiding therapists toward growth, compliance, and excellence in client outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and mentor licensed and associate therapists.
- Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.
- Conduct regular case consultations and team meetings.
- Support professional development through feedback and training.
- Ensure compliance with state and agency clinical standards.
