Fairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine / Pediatric P hysician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Lakeville . Join a collegial and busy practice, located in the growing community of Lakeville, MN.

• 6 provider primary care practice
• Patient encounters average 16-18 patients per day.
• Full time is 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency : Call is approximately 1 : 18 . Phone call only.
• Openings : 1 FTE (Full Time).
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
