High-Earning General Dentist Opportunity Ohio

COMPENSATION AND PERKS - General Dentistry (DDS)

$440K+ per year
$800 daily guarantee plus net collections (30%, increasing to 35% after $750K)
Sign-on bonus : $10,000
Profit sharing and equity / ownership opportunity after 2 years
Flexible schedule - 3 or 4 days / week (Fridays OFF)

H-1B visa sponsorship available

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - General Dentistry (DDS)

State-of-the-art facility with new iTero scanner

Invisalign services available (if desired)

Clinic volume : 15-20 patients / day, including hygiene

Clinic hours : Monday - Thursday (flexible to 3 days)

Fully staffed support team : Hygienist, Dental Assistant, EFDA

Solo provider position

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - General Dentistry (DDS)

Board Certified / Board Eligible (BC / BE)

DDS / DMD from an accredited program

Open to new graduates

Must be comfortable with simple extractions, dentures, and removable prosthetics

Experience in implants and root canals is a plus, but not required

Open to H-1B visa candidates
