Director of Data Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Data and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Own the analytics roadmap and define analytics priorities aligned with company OKRs

Manage the business intelligence layer, including dashboard strategy and data governance

Lead a cross-functional team of analysts while contributing to high-impact analyses and data products

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field

3+ years of experience managing analytics teams with a proven track record

Deep SQL expertise and proficiency with modern BI tools

Experience with cloud data warehouses and data modeling patterns

Strong financial acumen, including MRR / ARR modeling and revenue attribution
