- Board Certified NP or PA - EM or UC
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- Clean Background / Malpractice / NPDB
- ACLS & BLS Certification
- Provide updated CV
Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days Malpractice provided OR Provide your own to receive a higher pay rate Travel & Lodging provided OR Provide your own to receive a higher pay rate
