Maintenance Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Vera French is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team! The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including remodel experience, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. This is a Full-time or Part-Time position with shared on-call responsibilities (coverage is on a rotation with other Maintenance Staff).

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• You will perform routine maintenance on Vera French's properties and related structures
• Assist with construction activities on company owned property
• Assess, identify needed repairs and maintain equipment and tools used
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician - repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures
• Clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities

Additionally, you are hereby authorized to make any investigation of my personal history, educational background, military record,

motor vehicle records, criminal records, and credit history through an investigative or credit agency or bureau of your choice. I

authorize the release of this information by the appropriate agencies to the investigating service. I authorize and give permission for

the individuals listed as references to provide written information and / or verbally discuss my background with Vera French

Community Mental Health Center, or any of its affiliates.

This authorization, in original or copy form, shall be valid for this and any future reports and updates that may be required.
