Mortgage Processing Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Mortgage Loan Processing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the processing team while ensuring service level standards are met

Maintain accurate loan data records and coordinate with various stakeholders to complete loan files

Onboard new associates and develop plans for productivity improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing and 2+ years in a management role

Experience with all loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA) preferred

Familiarity with Encompass360 preferred

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service-focused environment

Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
