$650,000

WRVU incentive program

Signing bonus : $50,000

Practice Highlights :

Hospital-based cardiology practice with modern office less than one mile from the hospital.

Succession planning for 2 cardiologists currently providing services to our local community for over 30 years.

Midlevel support.

Call 1 : 4 with strong support from robust Hospitalist team.

Onsite cardiac testing to include : EKG, exercise stress test, 3, 5, 7, and 14-day Holter monitoring, pacemaker and ICD follow-up, pacemaker, ICD and ILR remote follow-up, transthoracic echocardiography

Hospital services include : cardiac consultation and follow-up, pacemaker implantation, implantable loop recorders, cardiac PET imaging, nuclear imaging, cardiac stress testing

Soon to have cardiac cath lab on-site at Samaritan.

Catchment Area : 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10 th

Mountain Division

Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME / AOA programs

Board Certified or actively in process, with the American Board of Internal Medicine / Cardiovascular Medicine
