Title: Service Technical Coordinator Location: El Segundo CA 90245 Duration: 24+ months Payrate: $30/hr - $35/hr. on W2 Work is 100% on-site- remote/hybrid work not available. Description: Responsible for the calibration and adjustment of various test equipment, including but not limited to force gauges and transducers, temperature and humidity devices, flow and dew point meters, various hand tools, digital multimeters, and current probes. Proficient in navigating various databases and calibration software platforms and communicates issues promptly. Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Excel. Resolves problems requiring a broad and deep understanding of calibration, metrology principles, and preventive maintenance techniques. Recommends corrective actions that are cost-effective and enhance operational processes. Utilizes daily work schedules to appropriately factor in volume, priority, customer expectations, and service center goals during decision-making. Maximizes the use of existing assets, multitasks effectively, and ensures proper resource utilization Requirements: May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 year technical degree or equivalent training/certification is desired. Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel. Strong attention to details and organizational skills Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job. Learns new, emerging technologies rapidly. Quickly becomes proficient in calibration support and adjustment as new products are introduced.
