We are seeking a dedicated Sales Service Specialist to work hand in hand with our engineering team and customers to provide the best possible service and solutions. The qualified candidate will be part of a dynamic team assisting customers with telephone inquiries entering orders and coordinating with scheduling / shipping to ensure orders are delivered on a timely basis.

JOB SUMMARY : Determine and meet customer needs and coordinate with sales representatives and internal departments to meet these needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Answer customer inquiries in a prompt professional manner.

2. Provide customer service and customer satisfaction with respect to request for quotation order entry expediting shipping and documentation.

3. Determine the appropriate Plascore product suitable for the customers application.

4. Perform contract review on standard and non-standard products.

5. Analyze customer requirements and devise appropriate solutions to customer application issues.

6. Follow up on RFQs to obtain orders or obtain reason for loss.

7. Update customer contact information on Plascores contact management system.

8. Manage samples in sample room.

9. Coordinate trade shows as assigned.

10. Update measures on sales performance and analyze trends.

11. Participate in improving our product processes equipment and methods.

12. Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.

13. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

14. Continually look for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.

15. Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Benefits

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience :

3-7 years of work experience.

Requirements :

• Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card).
