A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager (APAC) to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support customers and team members through the onboarding journey
Manage custom requests and escalations, collaborating with internal teams
Create and update documentation on the onboarding process and ensure accurate data processing
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR or customer-facing roles for an HR SaaS platform
Experience in scheduling and managing customer meetings and escalations
Track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics
Experience following and improving team processes for consistent customer experience
Bonus : 3+ years in a customer success role with onboarding experience on an HR SaaS platform
