OR Attendant - Mid Shift

OR Attendant - FT Monday Through Friday

Position responsible for preparing patients and the environment prior to surgery for the medical and nursing team. Previous OR experience required. Prefer one year of previous hands-on patient care experience in a hospital setting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Will be responsible for maintenance of the Operating Room (OR) and assisting nurses with basic OR functions. This position is located at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED preferred

Licenses / Certifications : None

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Minimum one (1) year experience in an operating room environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and read and write English.
• Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
