Solution Architect

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Teammate (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical architecture for teammate-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Produce and maintain technology systems views and roadmaps for various domains, facilitating execution of large-scale initiatives

Organize and lead technical design discussions with engineering teams to develop robust solutions and guide architecture practices

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

7-10+ years of experience as a technical architect in major technology implementations

Proven experience designing solutions for HR, facilities, or financial services

Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform engineering and solutions

Substantial general work experience with comprehensive job-related expertise
