Sales Development Representative - Cold Calling
We're looking for a hungry, resilient, and sharp Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and fuel our sales pipeline. If you thrive on overcoming objections, building relationships, and crushing targets, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect & qualify leads : Research, cold outreach (calls / emails / LinkedIn), and book meetings.
- Handle objections like a pro : Turn "I'm busy" into "Tell me more."
- Collaborate with AEs : Work closely with closers to move deals forward.
- Hit (and smash) targets : Weekly, monthly, quarterlyyou're driven by KPIs.
