Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

Completion of APA-accredited internship in psychology OR 1 year fellowship / residency in health psychology / behavioral medicine.

1 year relevant experience within the past 4 years.

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any U.S. state, D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.

U.S Citizen
