Occupational Therapist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Lakeland, FL. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating residents, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and providing education to residents and their families. The role requires excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy skills
• Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Experience in or willingness to work in Pediatrics
• Strong Communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy
• Skilled Nursing Experience
